Job Title: Specialist Clinical Pharmacist (LC)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at NHS Lothian. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality pharmacy services to patients with HIV and Gender-related conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical pharmacy services to patients with HIV and Gender-related conditions.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and deliver high-quality outpatient pharmacy services.
  • Contribute to service development and innovation within the clinical pharmacy service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote optimal outcomes from medicines and demonstrate NHS Lothian values.
  • Develop and maintain excellent interpersonal skills to build professional relationships with colleagues and patients.

Requirements:

  • Master of Pharmacy degree or equivalent.
  • Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Completed or equivalent competence as mapped to the post-registration pharmacist framework.
