Learning Disabilities Specialist

About the Job:
Tripod Partners is looking for a skilled Care Professional to join its Learning Disabilities Team in Oldham, Greater Manchester.
The successful candidate will have experience working with adults with learning disabilities and be able to develop and implement effective support plans.
Main Tasks:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with learning disabilities to determine their needs and support requirements.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach and provide guidance and support to individuals and their families.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.
- Work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Qualifications:
- Degree in Social Work
- Registration with Social Work England
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is £30 per hour.
