This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Development Community Learning Disability Nurse

Job Summary

You will work within our multidisciplinary team to provide specialist health and behaviour assessments to individuals with learning disabilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Undertake comprehensive assessments for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
  • Develop interventions and specialised care plans.
  • Be responsible for coordinating clinical care within a defined caseload.
  • Liaise with partners and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
