About the Opportunity

Allen Lane is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Specialist to join its HR department. As a Senior HR Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects across the organisation.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders and HR colleagues. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure seamless project delivery.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, including budget management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement. You will also have experience working in a matrixed environment and be familiar with change management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders and HR colleagues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress
  • Communicate project updates and status to senior leaders and stakeholders

Salary: The salary for this role is between £54,818 - £62,554 per annum.
