Fintellect Recruitment is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Financial Management and Recovery. This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of the Company's default and recovery loan cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Devising and implementing strategies to optimize the efficiency of outcome and maximize repayment for each case.
- Presenting case strategy and progress updates to the Company's borrower review forum and risk board as required.
- Providing regular progress reports to the Head of Legal and Recoveries.
- Preparing data and management information on the Company's default and recovery cases.
- Supporting the Chief Risk Officer in the delivery of the business strategy.
Requirements:
- Experience in loan portfolio management, particularly in defaults and recoveries.
- Good understanding of banking and financial services practice.
- Ability to assess company accounting information.
- Invoice Finance or Trade Finance experience would be useful.
- Business and commercial awareness.
