Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Tasks: Enter data on our system, follow tasks from beginning to end, and manage diaries.
  • Customer Service: Answer phones, respond to customer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Parts Management: Assist with parts ordering, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Tool Lists: Ensure that all tools are registered onto the relevant engineers' tool lists.
  • Reporting: Assist with reporting and data analysis as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in data entry and system administration.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £28,000 per annum (pro-rata).
  • Flexible Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 0800-1600 or 0900-1700.
