About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team on a bank/temporary basis. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide day-to-day patient administration support within designated areas, ensuring a high level of service to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure an exemplary level of customer service is upheld in the provision of service to patients, consultants, and the hospital team.
  • Provide administrative support within designated areas, ensuring daily tasks are completed to a high level of service.
  • Ensure administration processes for providing consultants and staff with clinical correspondence and diagnostic results are delivered effectively and in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone skills.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Previous Healthcare experience advantageous.
