Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team on a bank/temporary basis. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide day-to-day patient administration support within designated areas, ensuring a high level of service to internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure an exemplary level of customer service is upheld in the provision of service to patients, consultants, and the hospital team.
- Provide administrative support within designated areas, ensuring daily tasks are completed to a high level of service.
- Ensure administration processes for providing consultants and staff with clinical correspondence and diagnostic results are delivered effectively and in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone skills.
- Strong IT skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with a can-do attitude.
- Previous Healthcare experience advantageous.
