Global HR Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Global HR Systems Specialist to join our team at Legal & General. As a key member of our HR Transformation programme, you will play a vital role in gathering requirements to support our HR systems, including Oracle HCM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain SmartRecruiters ATS, Careers site, and CRM, ensuring alignment with L&G HR policies and processes.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ResourceLink (Zellis), SmartRecruiters, and Oracle HCM cloud applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues via case management.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document HR system requirements, translating them into Zellis/SmartRecruiters and Oracle.
  • Manage quarterly releases for SmartRecruiters and Oracle HCM, updating Zellis as required.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, standard operating procedures, and configuration workbooks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design, functionality, and processes are aligned with change impact analysis.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Oracle HCM, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and tools, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Previous experience with HR transformations, including recruitment, and a strong understanding of payroll processes.
  • Ability to analyse complex HR requirements and design effective solutions within Oracle HCM.
  • Experience with cloud implementation, configuration, and customization, and a strong background in HR, including talent acquisition.
