Special Education Needs Assistant Teacher

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic teacher to join our team as a Special Education Needs Assistant Teacher. This is a full-time role that involves supporting students with special educational needs and developing individualized programs for their improvement.
The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching and working with students who require additional support. They will be detail-focused, committed, and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our students.

About the RoleThis role will involve:
- Working closely with teachers and other staff members to develop individualized plans for students with special educational needs.
- Providing one-on-one support to students in the classroom and during interventions.
- Collaborating with parents and carers to ensure consistent support for students.
- Participating in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in supporting students with special educational needs.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of training and development opportunities to support your career growth.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need:
- A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education).
- Experience working with students with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
