About the Role

This is a key position within our Oncology Department, requiring a highly organized and communicative individual to coordinate various aspects of patient care.

  • Coordinate and book patient appointments, including clinic sessions and chemotherapy treatments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their journey.
  • Work closely with consultants, secretaries, and other staff members to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including the COSHH folder, to ensure compliance and minimize errors.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity, contributing to the overall success of the department.
