NHS Specialist Health Nurse Expert

We are seeking an experienced NHS Specialist Health Nurse Expert to join our Urology Diagnostic Nursing Team at the Churchill Hospital in Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients with suspected prostate cancer through their diagnostic pathway.
The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the Faster Diagnostic Clinical Navigator (FDS) to triage referrals and undertake telephone clinics, deciding on appropriate investigations. You will also request imaging, inform patients of their MRI results, and make decisions regarding prostate biopsy.
This is a fixed-term position for 12 months, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. The salary for this position is £43,041 - £69,432 per annum, depending on experience.
