Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated individual to make a real difference in the lives of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to patients with mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that promote patient well-being and independence
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health Hospital environment within the last 3 years
  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
