Future Education is seeking a dedicated Educational Assistant to support children with special educational needs (SEN) in a specialist school in London. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide individualized support to pupils with SEN.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support Pupils with SEN: Provide one-on-one and group support to pupils with SEN, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
  2. Assist with Lesson Planning: Collaborate with the class teacher to plan and deliver tailored learning activities that cater to the needs of each pupil.
  3. Promote Emotional and Social Development: Support pupils' emotional, social, and academic development through engaging activities and positive reinforcement.
  4. Personal Care and Mobility: Assist pupils with personal care or mobility needs, if required.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience working with SEN children is desirable but not essential.
  • A commitment to helping children reach their full potential.
