Support Worker for Children with SEN

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to support the academic development of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in one of our Primary schools based in Lambeth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children with Autism, providing tailored support to enhance their educational experience.
About the Role:- Collaborate closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure effective academic support and in-school engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and collaborate with teachers to inform instruction and interventions.
£29,000 - £34,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Requirements:- Tertiary education in a relevant field, such as Education or Psychology.
- Experience working with children with SEN, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment.
