Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Specialist to join their team in Havering, London. As a key member of the school's support staff, you will play a vital role in enhancing the educational experience of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with children with SEN and be driven to improve their education and life chances. They will be able to support pupils one-to-one and in small groups, provide positive role models, and promote confidence.

A competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum (£415 - £550 per week) reflects the importance of this role. The position also offers great transport links and parking facilities.

As a Support Specialist, you will assist with planning activities with the class teacher and SENCO, help with general classroom duties, and contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
