Job Description: SEN Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Support Specialist to join our team. As an SEN Support Specialist, you will work closely with class teachers and SEN coordinators to provide tailored support to students with diverse SEN needs.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working with children with SEN, be able to develop and implement effective strategies to support student learning, and possess excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to support student learning
  • Work closely with class teachers and SEN coordinators to provide tailored support to students with diverse SEN needs
  • Support students' social, emotional, and academic development

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the school and students
