Job Requirements

This role requires a highly skilled Digital Change Partner who can develop change management plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and design change activities that reinforce our desired organizational culture and behavior principles.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop change management plans, focusing on communications, capability, capacity, and culture.
  • Collaborate with the Digital and Brand teams, as well as the Transformation, HR, and Technology teams, to gain support for change activities.
  • Design change activities that promote desired values and principles, ensuring a seamless transition to our new organizational culture.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring skills to support leaders and managers in guiding their teams through change processes.
