Key Responsibilities:- Onboarding and offboarding processes, including offer letters, employment contracts, and pre-employment screening requirements.
- Administration of benefit schemes and maintenance, ensuring accurate data is recorded in APP for all employees.
- Delivering employee inductions and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Amending terms and conditions as required.
- Leaver administration, including updating personnel files and communicating changes to relevant parties.
- Monitoring visa expiration dates and advising in a timely manner.
- Drafting letters and reports as required to support the regional HR team.
- Assisting with annual HR activities, including salary reviews, bonus schemes, and renewal exercises.
- Supporting the roll-out of group HR policies and initiatives.
- Ensuring up-to-date job descriptions are in place for all roles.
- Working with the HR team to maintain a consistent approach and ensure audit readiness.
- Assisting with monthly pay flow files and payroll processing.
- Providing HR administrative support in confidential meetings, including investigations, disciplinaries, and performance discussions.
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced business environment.
- HR systems experience is desirable.
- Higher Grades/A-Level or equivalent, including English.
- A willingness to pursue a formal HR qualification in the future.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to employment law and working practices.
- Able to adapt and manage conflicting priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize a busy workload.
- Strong IT and MS Office skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A full UK driving license.
