Salary and Benefits

As a Wellbeing Support Specialist, you can expect a salary of £24,374 - £25,687 per annum (£12.50 - £13.17 p/h equivalent), as well as a range of benefits, including a supportive working environment, opportunities for professional development, and a comprehensive pension scheme.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Wellbeing Support Specialist to join our team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our Penumbra 365 service, you will work closely with individuals, families, and communities to promote wellbeing and provide supportive interventions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, or nursing)
  • proven experience in wellbeing support and guidance
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

You will also have the opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training program.
