We are looking for a Wellbeing Team Lead to join our team in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a like-minded team and drive our mission to improve wellbeing in the community.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail operations, preferably in the Health & Beauty Industry, and a passion for wellbeing. They will be responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving sales and company objectives, and ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and visual merchandising are upheld.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Co-responsibility for the day-to-day running of a standalone store
  • Driving forward sales and company objectives
  • Assisting the Store Manager with payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and reports
  • Supporting with stock management at offsite stockroom, unloading deliveries, sending stock to store etc.
  • Taking full ownership of store and team in Store Manager's absence
  • Leading by example and supporting your team with daily tasks
  • Ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and visual merchandising are upheld
  • Organising and supporting in-store and field events to promote NEOM as a brand whilst working with partnering businesses
  • Training of current and new team members
  • Proactively identifying how you can contribute to the wellbeing of our planet, our colleagues, our community, and our customers

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
