Wellbeing Interventionist

We are seeking a Wellbeing Interventionist to join our team in Moray. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

A typical day for this role involves responding to referrals within 24 hours, providing time-limited support, and delivering problem-solving support, wellness and distress management planning, supported connections, and signposting for up to 14 days. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact in the community.
