Data Centre Investment Opportunities

This position will be responsible for leading the Group's Data Centre investment activities, including site selection, asset acquisitions, development projects, and M&A within Europe and the UK region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business strategies for Data Centre investments, including local and overseas opportunities
  • Drive growth of the real estate portfolio through relationship-building and new investment origination
  • Formulate market entry/exit strategies to achieve higher returns upon disposition and conduct in-depth analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Develop and implement a business plan for sourcing acquisition or investment opportunities, including strategies for short and long-term growth and profit objectives
  • Lead investment transactions from end-to-end, including origination, research, deal evaluation, and structuring

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Building, Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
  • At least 15 years' relevant working experience in Europe and/or UK real estate investments and asset acquisitions
  • Proven track record of originating, evaluating, underwriting, and executing deals
  • Resourceful, analytical, and proficient in financial modeling
  • Good financial product knowledge and experience in site selection, business development, and/or development management in Data Centre properties
  • Excellent leadership skills, strong initiative, and business and financial acumen
