You will be part of the Human Resources team that plays a vital role in shaping the firm's culture and building a diverse and inclusive workforce. As an Executive Recruiter - Vice President within the Investment Banking recruitment team, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment efforts across the Commercial & Investment Bank Business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with business leaders to identify, engage, and recruit senior banking talent.
  • Lead full lifecycle recruitment, from direct approach to search completion, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Source qualified candidates through various channels and provide meaningful market data in support of client needs.
  • Establish a rapport with stakeholders, including HR Advisory, Compensation, and Business Management, for recruiting strategy and senior hiring.
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system and maintain data integrity.

Relevant experience with full life cycle recruiting, including extensive experience within Investment Banking recruitment, is required. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex assignments and multiple searches, are also essential. Additionally, expert name generation, networking, and relationship-building skills are necessary for success in this role.
