Job Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for assessing the branch's capacity to safely onboard new clients in line with our Local Authority contracts. You'll ensure that we match the right carers to client needs while maintaining high standards of care.
In this role, you'll foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, helping to drive the growth and success of our business. Your efforts will ensure that new referrals are managed smoothly and that our clients receive the quality care they deserve.
Requirements
- Experience of workforce planning / rota management is required for this role
- Experience within a healthcare setting / recruitment agency / care or healthcare operational and planning experience is highly advantageous
Training will be provided in care management / CQC setting.
