Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and results-driven individual to join our team as a Retail Sales and Account Management Trainee. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales skills and knowledge while working closely with our experienced sales team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in retail or hospitality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
