About the Role
We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team at Alstom, a leading global provider of transportation solutions. As an EHS Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, contractors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor EHS performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and best practices.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement EHS initiatives and projects.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced EHS professional with a strong background in environmental health and safety management. You will have a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent and experience working with ISO14001 and ISO45001. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
