EHS Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EHS Manager to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As an EHS Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, contractors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor EHS performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and best practices.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into business decisions.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in EHS.
- Proven experience in EHS management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
