Job Details:

The Team First company is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join its sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and serving as the primary point of contact for customers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with external sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and excellent IT skills are essential. Strong analytical and organisational abilities, along with problem-solving mentality, are also necessary.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong relationship-building capabilities are key traits.

Salary and Package:

A competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, plus a performance-based bonus of up to £7,000, offering flexible working hours from Monday to Friday in a office-based setting.
