Role Overview:
The Team First company, a renowned electrical manufacturing firm, seeks an Internal Sales Representative to bolster its sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide telephone support to existing clients, address customer inquiries, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers placing orders or encountering issues.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with external sales representatives to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and excellent IT skills are essential. Strong analytical and organisational abilities, along with problem-solving mentality, are also necessary.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, outgoing character, positive attitude, and strong relationship-building capabilities are key traits.
Benefits:
A competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus a performance-based bonus of up to £5,000, offering flexible working hours from Monday to Friday in a office-based setting.
