**Your Key Responsibilities:**
- Take ownership of the EHCP review process for existing and incoming learners, ensuring plans are up-to-date and accurate.
- Coordinate referrals, assessing their suitability to join our programme.

- We offer a competitive salary of £29,530 pro-rata (£15.49 per hour), increasing to £35,478 with experience.
- A supportive pension plan, where we match contributions up to 5%.
