About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CX Researcher to join our Customer Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights and ensuring that our community members are at the heart of our decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of brand health tracking and coordinate our community research panel to gain a deep understanding of our community members.
  • Utilize a range of qualitative and quantitative research techniques to better understand our community and their needs.
  • Develop and synthesize data and insights from various data sources into a cohesive story, including secondary market data and primary research outputs.
  • Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in an engaging and confident manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively manage multiple projects.
