About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CX Researcher to join our Customer Experience team as a Brand Insights Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of brand health tracking and coordinate our community research panel to gain a deep understanding of our customers and their needs.
  • Utilize a range of qualitative and quantitative research techniques to identify business opportunities and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into business decisions and drive change.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure research insights are effectively communicated and utilized.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and proactively addressing risks and blockers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading research projects and delivering actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of research methodologies and ability to synthesize data from various sources.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
