About the Role

Circyl is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team of experts in Dynamics 365 business solutions. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade Dynamics 365 business solutions, primarily focused on customer engagement and customer integration solutions within Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade Dynamics 365 business solutions, leveraging your expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead the implementation and customisation of Dynamics 365 solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards.
  • Project Delivery: Work on multiple projects as part of a virtual project team, delivering to both schedule and budget across a variety of sectors.
  • Requirements Gathering and Solution Specification: Lead requirements gathering exercises and produce solution specifications, providing input into the strategic and technology direction of the team.
  • Technical Direction and Support: Act as a technical escalation point for support queries and provide technical direction to other Consultants within the practice.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research and development into new products and technologies, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Develop solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform, including customisation of entities, forms, views, and business processes.
  • Power Platform Skills: Leverage your expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement multi-tier security principles underpinning Dataverse solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Build professional and technical relationships with customer stakeholders and colleagues, working effectively in a team environment.
