Job Title: Field Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Account Manager to join our team at Daisy Communications Limited. As a Field Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving net growth and increasing product penetration into existing customers through improved customer experience, effectively managing a pipeline of opportunities, and recording all data in Daisy CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure regular account reviews with customers every 3 months to discuss their needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Daisy's product portfolio and its benefits to customers.
  • Work closely with the support and specialists teams to provide high-level service and recommendations to customers.
  • Manage and resolve customer service issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling Daisy products.
  • Utilize CRM systems to build and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Telecoms or similar industry experience.
  • Experience in Account Management.
  • Clear understanding of commercial businesses across multiple verticals.
  • Understanding of sales process and ability to demonstrate it.
  • Ability to articulate Daisy's core vision, competencies, and product portfolio.
  • Ability to demonstrate all Daisy's core products into a commercial business at all senior levels.
  • Ability to set personal development objectives.
  • Utilizes CRM systems to build pipeline and manage pipeline effectively.
  • Clear and articulate written and verbal communication.
  • Understanding of Daisy's product portfolio and the benefits it provides to customers.
  • Customer-centric attitude.
