Job OverviewThe Business Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing relationships with new build contractors, promoting our client's high standard of products in new build homes across the Cheltenham area and beyond.
Main Responsibilities- Servicing and managing existing accounts to the highest standards.
- Controlling call-offs, preparing quotations, amendments, debt management, customer expectations, delivery dates, extras, and variations.
- Achieving turnover growth within existing and new accounts.
To succeed as a Business Account Manager, you must have:
- Experience working within fast-track building processes with contractors, preferably in the kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry, company terms of trading, product range, and major competitors.
- A full UK driving license.
