This role requires strong creativity, strategic thinking, and project management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Concept Development: Develop innovative experiential marketing concepts that align with client objectives and brand strategies.
  2. Project Execution: Lead the planning and execution of experiential marketing campaigns, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor management.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, creatives, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality experiential marketing campaigns.
  4. Analysis: Evaluate campaign success and provide recommendations for future improvement.
  5. Budget Management: Effectively manage budgets and resources to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.

What We're Looking For:

  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in experiential marketing and event planning.
  2. Proven experience developing and executing experiential marketing campaigns.
  3. Strong creativity, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  4. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
