Taught by some of the best professionals in the industry, the Behaviour Coordinator at Teaching Personnel plays a vital role in shaping the educational landscape of Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire. This challenging yet rewarding position demands a deep understanding of safeguarding principles and their application in special needs environments.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of developing and implementing effective behaviour and safeguarding policies, ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines and regulations. They will be responsible for coordinating attendance policy implementation, providing relevant training to staff, and communicating with parents, carers, and other stakeholders.

A key requirement for this role is experience holding responsibility for turning policy into effective practice, with a strong understanding of ASD intervention strategies (TEACCH, attention Autism) and OFSTED & CQC inspections. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential requirements.
