We are seeking a Behaviour Coordinator to join our team at Teaching Personnel, working with outstanding schools on the Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire border. This exciting opportunity involves leading the development of individual and site practices around behaviour and safeguarding, ensuring adherence to statutory guidelines and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field, as well as DSL training level 3 or above and experience working as a DSL. They will be responsible for coordinating attendance policy implementation, providing relevant training to staff, and communicating with parents, carers, and other stakeholders.

A key aspect of this role is advising and assisting Service Leads with strategic development, including reviewing and formulating policies. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ASD intervention strategies, OFSTED & CQC inspections, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, along with opportunities for growth and development within our organisation.
