Employee Relations Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our team at NCC Group. As an ER Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing generalist support to our colleagues and people managers across our UK and European business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling general queries and providing advice on policies and procedures.
- Providing guidance to managers on employee relations matters and escalating complex issues to HR Business Partners.
- Staying up-to-date with employment law in the UK and Europe to ensure our people processes and training materials are current.
- Supporting process improvement activities to drive a continuous improvement approach.
- Assisting with data and reporting requirements to support business areas.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an ER Advisor with a track record of managing complex employee relations cases.
- Ability to educate managers on procedures, employment law, and best practice.
- CIPD qualification (level 3 or higher) is desirable.
- Experience with Workday HRIS is essential.
