Key Responsibilities
  • Support general enquiries from staff and act as a reliable point of contact for HR concerns or questions.
  • Create, edit and maintain personnel files, both physical and digital.
  • Liaise with the HR Manager for Employee Relations practice, covering areas such as absenteeism, sickness and complex issues.
  • Support recruitment for technical and specialist medical roles, screening applicants and distributing new starter documentation.
  • Assist with transactional HR documentation and offer coaching on HRIS and templates.
  • Collate Payroll data for review before distribution.
Requirements
  • Strong administration skills with experience of amending and distributing HR documents.
  • Flexibility to meet demand and some exposure to Employee Relations.
  • A basic understanding of best practices and current legislation.
  • Experience with HRIS Access People and Payroll is desirable.
  • CIPD Level 3 is ideal, but relevant experience is welcome.
