Job Opportunity at RES
You will be responsible for coordinating and administering the implementation of Learning and Development activities within our organization. This part-time role requires 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the internal learning management system and handle data accuracy and inquiries within agreed timelines
- Coordinate various training programs, including induction, business skills, leadership development, and technical skills
- Ensure compliance with training requirements and organize training sessions as needed
- Organize training events by booking venues, inviting participants, and monitoring attendance
- Maintain training records and assist with HR-specific training arrangements as needed
- Support the wider HR team when necessary
Requirements
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in organizing training events and working in HR
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Desirable qualification or part qualification in CIPD
