About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Talent Lead to join our dynamic team in Glasgow. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a vital part in the continuing growth and development of our business.

Your primary focus will be on defining current and future skills requirements across the organization, developing and executing learning and talent plans, and embedding a coaching culture throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skills gaps and develop targeted learning and talent initiatives.
  • Design and deliver training programs to support the development of our employees.
  • Develop and implement a coaching culture to enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment with overall strategic objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in learning and talent development, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Results-focused and pragmatic, with a strong understanding of business operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
