Job Title: Learning & Development Partner

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Glasgow (hybrid)

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to join our client's team in the Technology sector. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the Learning & Development function to ensure employees are equipped for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement training solutions to address current and future skills gaps
  • Drive a high-performance culture across the organization, ensuring every employee knows their role and how it contributes to business success
  • Engage with senior managers, including executive-level leaders, to drive regular touchpoints and assess culture and management capability
  • Lead key projects across the business, including:
  • Employee Engagement Programs
  • Induction and onboarding that provides structured development plans for employees
  • Articulation of career paths across the business
  • Shaping and embedding the organization's culture and values
  • Re-defining and implementing benchmarks for managing people
Requirements

We are looking for experienced L&D professionals with a track record of delivering value-added training solutions. You should have the ability to influence senior leaders and build high-quality, sustainable business partnering relationships. Additionally, you should be comfortable driving continuous improvement, have experience in delivering leadership/team effectiveness workshops, and possess a strong project management toolkit.
