Job Title: HR Administrator

Aspire Housing and Personal Development is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Administrator to join our Support Hub team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to the HR and recruitment function across the company.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in HR within a supportive and progressive environment.

  • Manage onboarding processes, training, and employment paperwork throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update our HR database.
  • Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and adverts, ensuring they are relevant and up-to-date.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Support Hub, including organizing meetings, managing the room diary, and liaising with internal teams.
  • Support the coordination of recruitment events, including fairs and interviews.
  • Process HR records such as absences, amendments, and leavers, ensuring all documentation is tracked and recorded accurately.
  • Ensure all calls and enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
  • A methodical and organized approach to tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Pleasant telephone manner and strong customer service focus
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle would be beneficial
