Patient Safety Partner Role
About the JobWe are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Patient Safety Partner. This role involves working collaboratively with staff, patients, carers, and their families to improve patient safety.
The successful candidate will be passionate about ensuring the patient voice is heard and committed to improving safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation of the National Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) and participate in its development.
- Deliver safety training to staff and develop resources to support patient safety information.
- Contribute to the development of the Patient Safety Partner role and provide opinions on behalf of the wider community.
- Attend meetings at our headquarters or remotely and commit to providing time to the Patient Safety Partner role.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with ongoing professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
