
Safety Partnerships Specialist

We are looking for a motivated individual to become a Patient Safety Partner with Primary Care 24. As a Patient Safety Partner, you will play a vital role in improving safety within our organisation by working closely with staff, patients, carers, and their families.
Main Duties- Participate in safety meetings and contribute to the development of the National Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF).
- Provide a voice for patients and advocate on their behalf.
- Conduct Primary Care accreditation visits and support the safety training of staff.
- Develop patient safety information resources and contribute to the development of the Patient Safety Partner role.
Primary Care 24 is a not-for-profit social enterprise established in 1990. We deliver NHS contracts exclusively and follow agenda for change. We offer an NHS Pension scheme to our employees.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
