Job Description

This is a customer-facing Senior Category Management position where you'll be at the forefront of driving category growth and innovation for key grocery accounts. As a pivotal leader in a leading FMCG organisation, you'll shape the future of major categories, working with a business that dominates the market and is renowned for its industry influence.

  • Influence key grocery accounts and shape category strategies.
  • Deliver data-driven strategies to drive category success.
  • Identify growth opportunities through actionable insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and commercial teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have extensive Senior Category Management experience and a strong understanding of the UK retail grocery landscape. You will be skilled at building strong customer relationships, while also excelling at uncovering key category insights and transforming them into compelling stories that drive category performance.

Proven success in developing and executing Category Growth Plans is crucial, as is expertise in using data tools like Circana, Nielsen, and Kantar.
