You'll join our Finance Platform team, which is dedicated to delivering regulatory and transformational capability uplift across various products. This includes Capital Management, Liquidity Risk Management, Asset Encumbrance, Regulatory Reporting, RWAs, Funds transfer Pricing, and Interest Rate Banking Book Risk.

As part of this team, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating change initiatives across Finance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders and product platforms to define and deliver the product backlog, providing support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure changes are tested and implemented effectively.

We're looking for an experienced professional with a positive record of leading and handling change initiatives in an agile environment. You'll possess an in-depth knowledge of Regulatory reporting, data, and applications, serving as a subject matter expert (SME). Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, with the ability to influence and work across all levels of the organization.

Salary: £62,874 - £69,860
