Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Regulatory Reporting and Change Manager to join our Finance Platform team. As a key member of our Balance Sheet and Regulatory Reporting lab, you will be responsible for delivering regulatory and transformational capability uplift across various products.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate change initiatives across Finance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the business and product platforms to define and deliver the product backlog.
- Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure changes are tested and implemented effectively and in line with business expectations.
- Work in an agile manner to deliver results efficiently and effectively, demonstrating iterative and collaborative approaches.
