Job Title: Support Nursing Home Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced nurse manager to join our team as a Support Nursing Home Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting our nursing homes across the region and working closely with our Operations Manager to ensure compliance, implement policies, and provide mentoring to staff.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support and mentor care home managers and staff to ensure a productive and supportive environment
* Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and business development, identifying opportunities for improvement
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and internal and external regulations, implementing strategies to minimize risks
* Maintain high standards of care, while continually monitoring and improving care delivery to ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents

Requirements:

* RGN or RMN qualification with an active NMC Pin
* Proven experience in managing a care home, delivering positive outcomes
* Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to provide evidence-based care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
* Understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in nurse management
